They are great product to save electricity and turn on every time you enter the room But I ordered 7 and 2 of them are not working

No es un sensor de presencia y no trae la placa. Espere mucho para nada, tendré que regresar lo. Falsa promoción en la oferta

The instructions are poorly written and unnecessarily confusing. When wiring a 3-way switch (two locations), it was not clearly explained that the primary and companion switches must be installed in opposite positions. I only got it working after using much clearer third-party wiring instructions, which included an easy-to-understand diagram. There’s no reason Legrand couldn’t provide a simple, well-labeled figure like other manufacturers do. A clear visual diagram would have saved a lot of time and frustration.

I installed this in a laundry room with a 3 way install. The install was easy and it works great. However the second switch tied into the 3 way install needs to remain in the on position or the sensor won't work. I would recommend this product. I didn't rate the tech support because I didn't use it.

When used in pair with a regular 3-way switch, the switches do not consistently control the light. It takes from 2 to 4 flips in order to turn on/off the light, especially on the regular switch side. Tried a replacement unit, same issue - it sounds like a design issue.
