As a money clip, how secure is it? Some reviews say money falls out even when triple folded, others that it works great.

For me, it works perfectly... Money does not falls out at all...

How do you effectively remove the money clip? mine doesn't budge at all not matter how i try it. any tips? thanks.

It’s kind of tricky at first, but not difficult at all. You just have to press with your thumb the part of the clip about an inch above the edge (around the part where the word LEVER is printed). Press it down until you hear a click, and still pressing, slide it to the outside, and the clip is going to be free. Hope it helps

Will this item make it through TSA?

Search TSA guidelines on multi tools and you'll see it's a grey area and ultimately it's up to the officer's discretion if they will allow it through. In my opinion, they are more likely to confiscate than not. If you read the comments, you'll see that they absolutely can and have done this.
