I have taken these vitamins for quite a while and can say that they definitely help me to feel healthier.

I've been using B Complex and B12 but when my husband went to the doctor he said use Stress B Complex, which has Vitamin C and Zinc in it. Covid patients are given plenty of Vit C and Zinc as part of their treatment. My daughters a nurse and tells us what we should be eating and watching during this time and she highly agreed. It was hard to find in the drug stores but glad Amazon had it. So far, so good but they are large pills.

These tablets contain the same B vitamin formula as Stresstabs that were introduced by Lederle Labs in the early 1970s (for folks who burn the candle at both ends, they said in their ads). They should not be confused with the mega-dose Super B formula, which is marketed as a metabolism booster. When I worked for Lederle in the 1970s employees were given a bottle of Stresstabs free every 60 days. At the time the vitamins seemed to improve my mood and concentration and I've been taking this multi-B vitamin formulation ever since. All the B vitamins are enzyme cofactors, and especially as we age we might maintain inadequate B-12 and perhaps some of the other B vitamins as well. The dosage in this formulation is probably more than adequate to maintain functional levels of all the B vitamins in most people regardless of diet.

I've used this vitamin for a couple of years now. I think that this combination of B-Vitamins, plus other essential vitamins, is great for boosting the immune system. I couldn't find this specific blend anywhere locally though, when my supply ran out, but I did find it on Amazon! The pills are a little big, so if you have trouble swallowing larger vitamins, maybe don't get this one. Other wise... I highly recommend it.
