Finum Brewing Basket Given the delicate tissue structure that makes up the filter, the product may be used for fine teas and coffee alike. The combination of high quality plastic and stainless steel allow the user to have an aromatic enjoyable experience while the tea lid maintains the tea warmer for a longer period of time. Once the brew is complete, the lid can simply be flipped over and used as a drip tray for the used tea filter.

Review: Four years and counting. Still looks like it’s new. - Stop searching and just buy it! I’ve used this infuser to make tea once a day on average for over four years and it’s as good as new. It brews a great cup of tea whether you have nice big tea leaves or crumbled up little finings, and it never lets any pieces into your mug. Sometime after I finish drinking my tea (or umm, sometimes not until the next day), I run it under water for about 20 seconds and scrub out any remaining tea leaves with my hands, and I’ve never felt it needed anything more than that to get clean. Size: The medium basket fits mugs with openings from just under 2.5" wide to about 3.5" wide. It’s 3" tall, so if you’re trying to use a mug shorter than that, it will rest on the bottom and stick out the top (it will still work). This medium basket fits in/over my standard-sized mugs and is perfect for travel mugs and Nalgene bottles. Get the large basket for your giant widemouth mugs. I have a large basket as well and use that when I make a huge mug of tea on the weekends, but the large basket is too wide to fit in the mouth of most of my travel mugs. Pros: -Not expensive at all -Will last a long time -Easy to clean -Super simple to use -Genius lid/base* Cons: -Maybe not the best for coffee. I’ve used it for coffee a few times and liked the results, but others may not agree. *The lid/base idea is great! While your tea steeps you put the lid over the basket to keep your tea hot. Then when you’re ready to take the basket out, you flip the lid over and it becomes a saucer to rest the basket on. No mess and no needing to immediately go to the sink to wash out the basket when you’re ready to enjoy your tea.

Stop searching and just buy it! I’ve used this infuser to make tea once a day on average for over four years and it’s as good as new. It brews a great cup of tea whether you have nice big tea leaves or crumbled up little finings, and it never lets any pieces into your mug. I ordered one of each size of the Finum Brewing basket. I wasn't sure which would work best in my 6-cup Price and Kensington. It has an odd shaped opening and I was worried the large would be too big to fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best method found for tea AND coffee

These Finum tea baskets deserves an award for their simple, yet perfect design. I have used many(!) other tea strainers, and while they worked, they all had something not great about them. Now I've been using these Finum baskets almost 2 years, and here is what I appreciate about them: * Very Fine Mesh, = no loose tea leaves in your cup * Tall basket design, again, no escapee tea leaves * Roomy, so tea leaves have room to expand * Simple, no moving parts * Stainless, so it doesn't impart other flavors, and it cleans easily * Two years later, and they are still going strong Actually, I started making coffee in them, too. I had previously used a french press, but this is much simpler and easier to clean. (Come to think of it, I now have coffee more often, since it is so simple.) But, the most important thing is that the coffee comes out excellent! I am usually making one cup at a time, and this is the perfect solution. Another bonus over a "pot" of coffee is that my husband and I can have 2 different kinds of coffee, quite easily. (These work so perfectly that we bought some more.) And, for some reason, I feel like I can use less coffee. So, can you tell I like these? A lot?
