For a Toy, Wow!!
This product is a toy, and not to be seriously used as real night vision, obviously.BUT! It works SO well enough to see in the dark. The range is definitely limited, and the image is not the smoothest, but you can definitely see in the dark an easy 15 ft away. I love that it can also switch to normal lighting and the 5x zoom works in both normal and night vision mode, although the zoom doesn't enhance the image quality. Just note, there is no red dot or optic reticle. Surprisingly it can actually mount onto picatinny rails and stays on pretty well. I'm glad to have this night vision scope than to be without one.

My son was over the moon about the cool tech factor. The night vision got the most response from him. I'm impressed with the effectiveness of the night vision. The scope does not add to shooting accuracy nor does it add to the shooting range. The scope can zoom up to 5 times but it does not provide added range of the nerf darts. All in all, my son is very excited about the scope. It boosts his excitement level for using his nerf arsenal beyond what I expected. That in itself is worth the price. I feel, for a toy scope, the price is high, nearing almost $100, but it certainly is an exciting add-on.
