This is a fantastic item Easy to use , fits well in a corner and has a little bit of storage when the seat is lifted. Height is great.

At first I was dubious about buying a step but this thing is amazing. Like a Swiss army exercise equipment deck. Once you’ve configured it to your particular workout you’re good to go. Quick and easy to setup. It is encouraging me to exercise more.

As an indoor weight bench that can be shoved out of the way regularly this works. It’s fairly robust and the raised deck allows a reasonable range of exercises. It is a little short so if you’re over six feet you may have problems with back support for prone exercises. Similarly , the catches required to convert it from a ‘step’ to a bench are a bit loose so you need to check that it’s locked very carefully.
