I have decided to return this item. I charged it for 6 hours and it only charged to 52%. It tells you the time, which is really its only positive feature. Notifications do not work. I tried it for a day and I turned on notifications for all apps in the Hero Band III app, but it only notified me for FB, Instagram, and Gmail (a Gmail address that I don't really use anymore and there was no option to change it anywhere). The notifications are cut off- you can only see the beginning or the end of the message- and you can't read the whole thing or scroll to read the whole thing. For example, it will say "commented on your photo" or "responded to your message" but won't show you the whole message to see if it's someone that's important. iMessages just don't come through at all. I tried everything to change notifications in my phone and on the watch, but because my phone doesn't recognize the watch as an Apple device, there is no way to add the watch in Settings>Text Message Forwarding. I got this watch because I am a teacher and I am not allowed to have my phone while I teach, but I need to be able to get iMessages from colleagues for emergency situations with my special education students. So if I can't receive iMessages or scroll at all, it's not helpful. I guess you get what you pay for.

I've been using this watch for a few months now and I'm a little disappointed with it. The steps aren't accurate it was counting steps when I was stationary at my desk but reached to answer the phone. I liked that it alerted me to texts and phone calls but lately it hasn't been doing it. Not sure what's wrong there. It looks nice but doesn't really function to keep track of the health related things I wanted it to. Battery life is great though.

As a former Apple Watch, I LOVED this smart watch when I first saw it. It has so many features of the Apple Watch that I was really shocked. You can also download more watch faces through the app. Unfortunately, I noticed that my step count was really low compared with another fitness tracker. Finally decided to wear both on the same day and see if my concerns were valid or not. Well, they were. My current fitness tracker (looks like FitBit, but MUCH cheaper) gave me a step count of 2453 at the same time this tracker was reading a step count of 1002 confirming the problem. I have decided to return this device.

I am really annoyed! The watch was delivered May 30 with a 30 day warranty; on day 33 (July 2) it has completely stopped working! 😡 It was not dropped, nor gotten wet; it just will not connect to the phone app. Total garbage! 😡😡😡

Nice watch, easy set up, app easy to use, text message comes through good. Package good, will let you know more soon. Book and words should be bigger. Trying to see how to text and call. Well can't call or text. Just received apparently I miss that very sad. That's only reason why I bought it. I already had one that just received.

I purchased this becuz I wanted to monitor my blood pressure and it does that. I compare the BP on the watch with my BP monitor and it's within a 5 point range (usually 5 points lower) for both top and bottom numbers. But, once you know that, you can adjust.This watch has very few exercise activities (walk, run, cycling, skipping, badminton, basketball, football & swimming) which doesn't work for me since I do mostly aerobics weights and treadmill.If you don't do exercise the battery life is good. But if you plan to use it to monitor your exercise, the battery wears down very fast so you'll need to charge it everyday. The good part is that it charges very fast (an hour or less).For the money you pay it's a good buy. Just make sure the exercise you do is one of the ones listed. I'm getting a different watch that can monitor more activities as well as BP.The mobile app is really good. Displays all your daily info on one page (BP, blood oxygen, sleep activity, heart rate, calories and all your activities for the day.

I don't return many purchases, but this one had to go back. The band (silicone?) gave me an awful skin reaction and I couldn't wear the watch. I made sure I got any soap and water out from under the band every time I washed my hands, but still couldn't get it to stop reacting. I don't have sensitive skin at all, so I was really surprised to have such a reaction, but it was clearly the band because it was right where the band contacted my skin. I didn't need a watch that I could respond on, only to notify me of incoming messages so I could decide if I needed to find my phone while I was working, so this worked for that.

I like this item it that it does keep good track of everything I desired. However, in the last week it has stopped recording my sleep which is one of the big reasons why I bought it. I have not been able to get in touch with the seller either which is troubling to me. It seems that they have sold it, and now they are done with me. Took my money and now do not care that this feature is no longer working. I can not figure out why either. Very frustrating...buyer beware I say!!!

Looks attractive and a very good attempt at designing a smart watch. I like the blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen monitors.Sadly I have had to return it after seeing that the step counter is inaccurate after a full 2 days of testing and comparing with a pedometer. The smart watch sensitivity is too high, and it continued to log steps while I sat, so this means that it detects wrist movement and not steps. Sensitivity options need to be added in an update. Secondly, there are very limited excercise tracking options, I do strength, aerobics and kickboxing, none of these exercises are available in the exercise menu so I can't use this either. A menu update is needed here too to incorporate more options. So I can't use it for steps and I can't use it for excercise. The resolution is good but not sharp, when looking at my Samsung phone screen then the smart watch there is a massive difference is clarity, but of course I realise this is not a Samsung and it is priced very well, you get what you pay for. Overall, it's definately not for me and until they fix the sensitivity issue I would hold off buying this.

I work at a surgery - I cross referenced the blood pressure on an omron machine with the smart watch. The watch was very inaccurate. I tried several times and the readings were always much lower on the watch than on a calibrated monitor. This is dangerous to someone who actually does have high blood pressure and is relying on this watch.The steps are inaccurate. I could be sitting on the couch and the numbers would increase.I trust nothing about this so called smart watch except the stop watch, time and date func.Don’t waste your money. It was cheap I grant and clearly too good to be true; so for those reasons … I’m out.Sent it back.

Very happy with this! It's stylish and a lovely design as well as being comfortable to wear. The strap is made of a soft silicone type material which makes it not only comfortable to wear but also completely waterproof and easy to clean (a must have for those muddy dog walks!) The screen is a really nice size, big enough to easily read but not bulky in the slightest.I found it really easy to set up and linkto my phone, plus it came with a little instruction book which was helpful.The watch has loads of different features such as step count, heart rate and bp monitor, weather, alarms and timers, music control, camera and a 'find my phone' feature as well as receiving phone calls and texts which is fab.Super happy with it and would definitely recommend. xx

Questo smartwatch è esteticamente molto bello e leggero da indossare, l'ho preso in versione rosa, cassa e aggancio in metallo, materiali ottimi, cinturino comodo e morbido che si adatta perfettamente anche ad un polso piccolo. La grafica è molto bella ed è possibile personalizzare il quadrante con diverse scelte dalla app o con una propria foto. La batteria mi dura circa una settimana con un utilizzo regolare sia in ufficio che nelle mie attività sportive. Ci sono 8 modalità sport non sostituibili. Calcola la distanza precisa con il gps collegato al cellulare. Ha molte funzioni tra cui cardio, saturimetro, misura pressione, controllo musica, scatto fotocamera, meteo. La app associata facile da installare tramite qr code o da play store, è semplice e intuitiva. Prezzo/qualità oltre le aspettative.

It looks great and1 BP is accurate2 HR is accurate3 Oxy levels is above 95% means 99% or 100% checked with my oxy metre BUT1 cannot turn off wrist sense2 cannot do the ‘continuous heart rate’ monitoring as with other watches3 did not monitor sleep at all4 battery life is really bad because it always turns itself on5 I don’t use it as a fitness tracker but even I would’ve appreciated a yoga or something like rhat function (I do stretching so it would be closest and I use it with my other watches)Will return this because while I wanted the BP function, I will find another watch which does the rest of the three points too
