I think this is a good probiotic that seems to help digestion. However unfortunately the company don't disclose all the ingredients on the label. The capsule shell is coloured white, normally a vegetarian capsule is clear. There is no indication on the label what is the colouring used. I contacted the company by phone and email but didn't get a reply.
