C9 Championboys Tech Terry Woven Pieced Shorts

Very good quality kids short, perfect size

This is normally where I'd begin my review by talking about it being summer and we no longer need school uniform bottoms every day so we need to buy new summer clothes, but the fact is we've been out of school for quite some time now. Regardless, as children are wont to do, my son has grown since last year, and we have been slowly adding to his "pandemic" wardrobe. These are a great addition.As you'd expect from the Champion brand, these are designed to be active ware. My son tends to be a stringbean, so I won't even consider bottoms without either the adjustable tabs in the waist or a drawstring. These do have the drawstring, and if I were you, I'd tie knots in the ends before washing or wearing; this is more of a ribbon drawstring and the ends are simply stitched folded over once - it would be very easy to get the ends lost in the shorts.I really love the mesh pockets. My son is a collector, so pockets are a must. The extra zippered pocket on one side is a really fun touch, and would be a good place to stash ice cream money if we went anywhere.

These shorts are gray and very soft and comfortable. They are 90/10 poly/spandex and quiet breathable. They have been holding up well with being worn to school and at home. My son is pretty hard on clothing - as most children are and they seem to be holding up quiet well. There are no pulls or issues with the fabric. The stitching is done with care and I honestly couldn't find a stitch out of place - I am a seamstress and the sewing on this shirt is done very well. The drawstring is functional.These are awesome plain shorts that are fairly priced, but if it will stay together and look good by the time my child outgrows it then the extra money is worth it to me.I wash with Tide original powder with cold water and gain scent boosters and tumble dry on low/med heat. I did not notice that shorts had any shrinkage or issues with color fading or grabbing other colors. The short h really great stitching and no issues so far.

These are cute but they surprisingly got pilly in a few areas rather quickly and my son doesn't really reach for them for some reason.

Full elastic waistband shorts made of 100% Polyester and machine washable. There is a drawstring closure to keep them up, if needed.They are made of Duo Dry moisture wicking material that dries fast. It’s also breathable to keep you cool.We bought the correct size for our little guy and they were quite large. Also, the material,is very thick, not something he wants to wear in our Florida heat.

I first bought these shorts in a smaller size for my nine-year-old a couple years ago. Unlike the rest of his clothes, these look and feel exactly the same now as when they were knew! I picked up that pair at Target, but I'm glad to see Amazon is carrying it now for a similar price. Now, he gets the next size up.I feel like C9 puts the same quality of fabric and craftsmanship into their kids' clothing as they do adults' clothing, which SHOULD be the norm! But let's be real, it's not. These shorts are soft, they move, they are super thick and very durable.These will totally last to become hand-me-downs for our younger son... and not much survives that long at this age! A great, great purchase.

No complaints on the Champion brand as we own many of their clothes as my son is all about comfy clothes. My almost 10yr old son wears a M (8-10) and on the slim side and these fits a little loose. Drawstring at the waist to tighten, the fabric is a little thicker, so they are a little warmer. Nice side pockets on each side, a green zipper on one side and soft fabric since is 100% polyester.

We have several shirts and shorts in this brand. Overall, we’ve had good experiences with these clothes. These shorts are not an exception. They are pretty well-made, hold up well in the wash, and are affordable. Son says they are not as cool as Adidas, but they are still very nice. They do not snag, like lots of really cheap athletic clothes like the ones you get at Walmart for instance. Overall pleased!
