Not keeping required temperature
Item seems exposed and was pretty hot while getting, since it’s clearly mentioned not to exceed the certain temperature, its not followed

I bought this for my dry sinuses as saline spray doesn't keep the inside of my nose wet lomg enough. I opted for the saline gel as living with no moisture in the nose is a nightmare, the gel keeps moisture in the nose longer and actually provides relief, so i would buy again.

Although there are many negative feedback, i am quite lucky that i got my delivery the next day from ordering!

Non seulement tu te retrouves avec les nez complètement sec 5 minutes après l'application, mais en plus ça te fait des croûtes blanchâtres dans les narines quand ça sèche. Super glamour...
