混合肌/インナードライの20歳ですが、 飲み始めて1ヶ月くらいで油の減少が感じられました！(朝晩で計2粒) 自分はTゾーン、鼻、鼻横の頬が特にテカリがちでしたが、あぶらとり紙いらないレベルになりました！ もしかしたら脂性肌の方には効き目が感じられないかもしれないです💦 最近は、夜のクレンジングの際に肌がツッパるので1粒に減らそうか悩む段階です。

想像より大きなカプセルでしたが、カプセルが苦手でなければすんなり飲めるサイズです。 写真は、アスタリフトのホワイトシールドと比較してみましたがやはり大きいので、注意が必要です。 効果はまだ分かりませんが、続けてみます。

Yes. Yes. Yes. I used this to help my hormonal acne. Although I still get acne it helped it calm down. I took this and started taking collagen a couple weeks later and it helped my acne even more. I would take about 5 a day then i cut down to 4 then 3 and so on. I ran out but I definitely will be buying moreeee. The size of the pill is easy to swallow theres no smell or taste and the ingredients and vitamins are awesome.
