Yes. Yes. Yes. I used this to help my hormonal acne. Although I still get acne it helped it calm down. I took this and started taking collagen a couple weeks later and it helped my acne even more. I would take about 5 a day then i cut down to 4 then 3 and so on. I ran out but I definitely will be buying moreeee. The size of the pill is easy to swallow theres no smell or taste and the ingredients and vitamins are awesome.
