Well, color me surprised. I’ve been carefully choosing only Corning or CommScope splice sleeves. But I needed some 40mm sleeves quickly, so I chose these because they had good reviews. I’ll be darned. These are actually very good!! I mean, the adhesive flows well, they shrink in the usual time, and they cool nice and hard and clear. For the price, I’m truly shocked… in a good way.

These work great for science experiments.

I needed some of these 40mm Clear PE Heat Shrinkable Tube Fiber Optical Cable 2.6mm for work. I ordered 100 and they arrived with 5 days. They fit and shrink very well and measure 40mm. I should mention that the inner diameter is partially pre-shrunk so if you plan on splicing thicker fiber be warned. They fit all of our standard fibers with no problems.
