Cats love, seems healthy
Cats will eat it. In fact, they can’t get enough! They love it. I love that their coats seem much shinier & healthier and they don’t seem as thirsty when they eat this compared to other foods, both wet and dry. They also seem to have more “normal” litter box activity than compared with other foods.

CATS LOVE THIS
I'm assuming that the flavor is good due to my cats devouring this food. They leave nothing in the bowl for later and are so healthy and more playful. NULO is the way to go!

Good quality, good price!
Recommended by a cat nutritionist on Tiktok, ordered to try to add to our food rotation and my cat seems to like it! It has good ingredients (no grains or plant protein) and we rotate it with fancy feast classic pate. The nice thing about Nulo is that it doesn't have animal byproducts whereas fancy feast does so it's good to switch it up. I got can covers on Amazon as well since a can lasts us two days and I don't want it to dry out. So far so good for my little picky eater!

Recipe change? Bad batches? We want answers!
After some reasearch on what to feed my kitten, I decided on NULO chicken Turkey paté for my kittens primary meals. I have purchased 2 cases of this food in the past 4 months, and my cat loves it. I was about to purchase more to find it is unavailable, but I cannot find why. Are the comments about recipe change true, was there a couple bad batches as previous reviews state? Nulo please respond to your costumers. I am so glad I feed my kitten a varied diet including Nulo, Tikicat, Instinct Raw and fancy feast paté, exactly for situations like this when one is not available; That is a cat owner responsiblility, but I would like companies like Nulo that have loyal customers to be more transparent about these changes!

Turkey/chicken Pate Freestyle 12.5 oz cans gritty with bone fragments
I have two orders of this food that are gritty with hard bone fragments. In 40 years of having cats, I’ve never fed a food with hard, gritty texture. I contacted Nulo and they are placing my case, but I feel like I’m being gaslighted…like the problem is me. I bought a can of the Medal series from Petsmart. More expensive, but same bone grit toward the middle of the can. I’ve had to push this food through a stainer to remove sone of the grit. I never noticed the food having this hard bone grit…you can’t crush it with spoon or other utensil. I shouldn’t have to push this food through a strainer to feed three cats. We may have to go back to Merrick Turkey.

Cranberries, Yucca, Pumpkin, Tomato and Rosemary? Dangerous for cats!
Why would anyone other than a So-Cal marketing consultant put these kinds of ingredients in a cat food? Is the cat on the Malibu fruit and fiber diet? (Yes, I just made that diet up, but the marketers may steal it and claim it is healthy for cats, which it won't be!) First of all, cranberries contain benzoic acid, which is toxic to cats. Yucca is toxic to cats. Rosemary (which they are using as a preservative) has caused seizures in cats and dogs and is not proven safe at the levels used here. Beyond that, these other weird ingredients that no sane cat would ever naturally decide to eat have a high risk of causing allergies and/or irritation in a species not meant to process them. I realize other manufacturers are doing the same thing these days, but that doesn't make it safer for your pet. It just means it's unregulated.I didn't know all these crazy things were in there when I got this as a last-minute substitution for our of normal food and fed it to my cat one night. She woke up making disturbing snorting sounds like she was trying to blow something out of her nose. She was hacking strangely, trilling, and clearing distressed. The vet suggested it could either be an allergy or a cold virus. After reading the ingredients of the food and becoming very suspicious, I decided not to feed it to her again. She got better the following day.Unfortunately, a few days later (after she was totally recovered) she was accidentally was given a quarter of a can left in the cabinet by someone else. The VERY SAME THING happened again. I'm sure it was the food. Luckily it wasn't bad enough in her case to cause serious damage (although it could have been), but even mild reactions cause inflammation that can be dangerous over time. Please don't feed this to your cats unless the manufacturer reformulates it to be suitable for felines to eat. It isn't worth the risk.

Cats like, but can’t reorder at same price !
Seems the cats liked it just fine. Ate it as expected. Would even buy it again, but no longer available from Amazon at a realistic price. Disappointing.
