Beware, this 4T8 factory Toyota Touchup pen is VERY watery
I do not normally write bad reviews, but just wanted folks to know that this Factory Toyota 4T8 paint pen is VERY watery. It will run all over the place and I had to throw it out as it was absolutely unusable (yes I shook it very well). I included a photo of the paint as well as the lot code on the bottom. I suspect that these pens were manufactured a LONG time ago and have just been sitting on shelfs and have just gone bad. ALSO be aware that according to the dealership I had purchased it from, this paint is considered hazardous and Amazon will not allow you to return it nor can they print a return label for them. So you are out of luck unless you want to pay for shipping or can get them to refund you without a return. I would recommend you go with an aftermarket touchup that is matched to the same factory code and save yourself some time and money.

expensive and slow
it took weeks for this to get here, and then while my partner was shaking it it slipped out of their hand and shattered when it hit the ground. it wasn’t even a hard fall. kind of puzzling. we were able to save enough to use on the scratches. it went on kind of gloppy and will need to be buffed. in my experience these touch up paints never work as well as they should. it was also a slightly different color from the original paint color. not the greatest, but adequate.

Not quite right for color, close but no cigar!
As others have stated, the color isn't quite right for this one. Its a bit more gold than it should be, no matter how much I've shaken it to make sure all of it is properly mixed. I've gone so far as to ziptying it onto my sawzall blade and using that as a paint shaker for 1 full minute, still no exact paint match, and I know for a fact that all the paint was fully-mixed after McGuyvering a paint shaker for it!!!This is nothing like the same Toyota brand paint for my 4runner (magnetic grey metallic color), as that one matches perfectly, not sure why this one is just a bit off, Toyota usually gets their paint matches perfect. It seems that there's not enough silver base in it, or too much yellow tint, may experiment with a little bit of silver paint to get it closer to the OEM paint color that's on the vehicle.

3 different colors out of one bottle
I've used this three different times on various chips on my car and have decided it is the worst. On the first use it came out silver colored. On the second use it came out the correct color, but on the third use it came out dark brown. Yes, I adequately shook the container each time. The last time I wasted a bunch of time trying to clear out the foul color by applying it to a paper towel, but it never became normal. I like the delivery method, which is better than the old style using a brush, but the variability in color out of the same unit was disappointing.

Perfect match, but very thin.
The paint perfectly matched the factory paint on my car. It was a thin consistency, which made it kind of hard to work with. I was using it with some Langka blob eliminator, so I was trying to pack the paint chips and scratches with as much paint as possible. Maybe it would work better for someone trying to cover a larger area, or to use in conjunction with a sprayer. The brush is also too large to really get a steady line, so I would suggest getting a smaller brush to use with it.
