These freeze‑dried raspberry pieces are excellent. They’re vibrant, crunchy, and full of natural raspberry flavour without any added sugar. I’ve used them for cake decorating, in buttercream, and stirred into porridge — they work perfectly every time. The 100g pack goes further than expected too. A really handy ingredient to keep in the baking cupboard.

Used some of these in my homemade chocolates and they were really nice. They have a good colour and taste. The texture is good too. I might try them on some ice cream.

Very sour!
These small raspberries are quite sour but goes well with yogurt the bag it comes in is a nightmare to open huge bag .Quite pricey for what it is .something different gonna try them in my cakes the weekend. I will say tiny pieces raspberries so u get alot .
