1. They couldn't ship to Hawaii so I paid extra to have it shipped to the mainland to a friend then to my area.2. They sent the WRONG letters x2 from what I ordered.3. After a few uses, the loop that holds the belt onto the robe broke.It's nice and warm, decent fabric, but overall sales execution was not the best.

Seams are junk, low quality.

Very heavy, and not soft at all as prescribed

This is a great robe and was delivered monogrammed within a week (to Canada). It is super soft and comfortable and was loved by the recipient. On par with any of the robes at some of the nicest spas I have been to. Highly recommend.
