Buy If On Sale For Under $8. Healthy Product.
Excellent product. I add to oatmeal and smoothies. High protein and omegas. A pleasant texture. Neutral taste. If this product is on sale I buy it. It’s a little too pricy at regular price.

Really enjoy the nutty flavor and high protein
There are a few reasons why I really like this product. The nutty flavor is great for smoothies and yogurt. Plus, the high protein content helps me stay full longer. I wish there were more recipes included and it's easier to find in stores, but overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

Deliciously Nutty & Versatile!
Deliciously Nutty & Versatile! Hemp hearts have quickly become one of my favorite pantry staples. The flavor is wonderfully nutty—almost nostalgic like the taste of picking fresh sunflower seeds straight off the flower as a child. They add the perfect crunch and richness whether I’m sprinkling them on yogurt, tossing them into a salad, or even enjoying them plain by the spoonful. Not only do I love the taste, but I also appreciate the potential health benefits they’re known for. They feel like a smart, wholesome addition to my daily routine. The only challenge is reminding myself not to overindulge—because they’re just that good! The only downside is they require refrigeration after opening. If you’re looking for a nutritious, versatile, and delicious boost to your meals, I highly recommend giving these hemp hearts a try.
