Crimestopper Sidekick 5 Button for SP302

I bought this to replace a broken remote that Crimestopper won't cover because it is 3 days after the date I bought the alarm system.Crimestopper company: 0 Star and and terrible customer serviceThis remote: 2 stars - as for my experience on the same remote that died within a yearI have a Prestige alarm on my older car that is 15 years old and it is still working, 2 remotes that came with it still works right now.

Only get one remote not everything the picture show

Didn't come with any instructions or troubleshooting tips. The lock button appears to have a light in it but doesn't light up so I don't know if the remote is messed up or what.
