Super thick, good quality bands! Best booty bands I have ever purchased! Cute colors, and the bag that comes with them is perfect for storage and the paper insert with a few exercises listed was a nice start! Can’t wait to toss my old ones since I’ve replaced with these awesome ones!!!

I love these bands! They come in three perfectly graduated tensions... light, medium, and strong. While they are, indeed, obviously meant for leg and glute exercises, I also love using them for warming up my shoulders and arms on my upper-body days. That makes them a very useful and versatile addition to my workout gear. They are made of high-quality materials, and come with a lightweight storage sack/backpack with drawstring closure. Another GREAT product from Vikingstrength! Five stars and two thumbs up!!!

These are amazing quality especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend if your like me and have thicker thighs I can still get them on but they don’t have much stretch left once they are pulled up. Other than that they are very good quality and exceeded my expectations

I have owned other types of resistance bands, but these by far are the best, they don't stretch as much as the more elastic band looking ones, so you actually feel them working a lot more. Would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love these bands! They are excellent quality, super thick and nice fabric, they look just like the pictures! They don’t fall down and are wayyyy better than the rubbery ones I used before I bought these. 110% recommend, and absolutely worth the price. Not to mention that they come with a pamphlet of exercises you can do with them, super awesome !!
