I bought this when I started my business, and there are pros and cons. Its a good surface cleaner, lets get that straight. Ive washed well over 100k sq ft with it in the last year. I'm running the 3 bars on a 4gpm direct drive AR pump. I DID put 15° tips in it to increase pressure a bit. But besides the handle design, which broke after 3 months of use (I replaced with a sturdier one from amazon) its been a reliable money maker and has brought me awesome results! I love the casters and the stainless steel design. Its been a year of use and I'm JUST NOW having to replace the seals in it (idk which ones will fit it, I'm assuming maybe the BE whirlaway seals might?) Also, I dont know how different a 2 bar setup would be vs this 3 bar setup, but I'd suggest do your research first. I can only speak for myself, and id say that overall, I can give 4 stars for my total experience and the reliability of it.

I’m very pleased. Just know you will need to make sure to get nozzles/tips that compliment YOUR pressure washer. This surface cleaner has 3 nozzles. So divide your machines GPM by 3 and this is the orifice size you will need to order the nozzles.The factory nozzles were thread locked into place. So ya may need to heat them slightly to remove them.Great product!!

Just out of the box so far and I'm not impressed with the contradiction. In the description it says it can handle 212° max heat but the hose says 140°. These aren't 3/8 in. These are 1/4 in connectors that come along with it. Essentially everything in the description is incorrect

Assembled easily. Looked very professional. Easy to set up and use BUT subpar performance. As an engineer, I suspect that "3 spray nozzles" reduced pressure too much (compared to a 2 nozzle system) and product left streaks that required multiple passes to clean a certain area. I used a 6,000 psi pressure washer so I know it wasn't a lack of pressure at the attachment but more likely at the 3 nozzle spray head. I will inquire about a 2 nozzle product as using a 'hand wand' is a labor-intensive process that I would like to replace.

The plastic handle sheered off under normal operation as I was cleaning in a circular motion. The surface cleaner itself is a great quality build and I love it but now it’s useless with a broken handle/trigger. A replacement handle is $57 dollars on Amazon if the company would send me out a new handle or refund me so I can purchase one.***update*** they are replacing for me free of charge hopefully this handle last

Scored a great deal. I like the wide berth of it, less passes. Have used it for personal and business and it works very well.

So where do i begin. At first when i received the item it came damaged. The tool is a good value for the money. FOR SURE. I took a while but the seller did right by us but it took a while. The handle was broken and finally, today (approx 1 month) after having received the item i received a replacement handle. Thank god because i certainly didn't feel like packaging and the hustle of returning the item.We have tried it out on 2 jobs (with a broken handle) and the tool performed like champ. NO DOUBT it's a good unit. Communication with seller was a challenge but at the end of the day they fixed the problem.

Opened up the box and was excited to use it. Easy to put together. Maneuvers easy... but 2 mins in to testing it for the first time it broke. I knew it'd eventually break... but 2 mins in to testing it? Really? I was well below the max gpm and we'll below the max psi rating also. I am disgusted with myself on buying this.Update!So I found out that even though it broke on me it didn't really break. Let me explain. There is a retainer clip on the bottom side of the swivel head and it wasn't fully in all the way when it blew up on me. It was a very simple process of putting it back together the right way.Gave it 3 stars now. Only reason because of the having to rebuild it 2 mins in to testing it. Otherwise it'd be 4 stars.
