No, but they make a left foot version that would be reversed.

Yes, it will work. The bracket with this cajon has an adjustable plate that will fit any cajon depth.

Q: Can this be configured for left foot operation?

yes, if you have some basic tools, you can unscrew the base, flip it over, and put it back together the other way. probably take 20 minutes.
