Arctic Circle Ulu w/Rustic Bear 18350

This is the best knife ever! I can quickly dice, slice or chop. I can get onion finely chopped in a few seconds. Very sharp. Would not hesitate to purchase another.

I love my ULU knife. Since getting it I have chopped cabbage very fine, thinly sliced a London broil, cut sausage in the plastic wrap without it squishing everywhere, and cut pizza. It chops celery very fine. This would make a great shower or wedding present. I am only sorry that I did not get the chopping bowl as well but I can order that separately. Well worth the money. I have to add it is Very Sharp!

I use this knife for almost all cutting. It is so sharp and it doesn't tear your food when you cut. The only problem is when I wash it it gets rust spots. I use a Brillo pad to take the rust off and it is fine.

I hane arthritis in my hands abd this knife tackles any job with ease. Everything from making salsas to chopping veggies to pork for Bbq,to cutting pizza. I highly recommend this ulu knife for anyone that has a kitchen.

It was well made and beautiful. It brought back memories of home in Alaska.

Awesome knife! Had ours for over 12 years. I have never had a problem with it rusting. It is super sharp and you can cut just about anything with it. I bought several and gave them for gifts. Haven’t heard any dislikes yet!

The handle is too small to get a good grip. Blade is sharp.

We went to Alaska and bought one just like it. My wife gave it to her sister so I ordered this one for our selves and am very pleased.Very sharp and is made by the same compay.

If you have arthritis in your hands or weak wrists, this knife is better in the kitchen for chopping vegetables since you can get a better grip on it and press from above in a rocking motion, rather than lifting and dropping the hand with standard knives. But to preserve the wooden handle, DO NOT put it in the dish washer! Clean and dry as soon as you finish using it. This has a little stand to keep it handy--or you can put it on a magnetic wall rack in your kitchen. Great for scraping veggies without using potato peeler.
