My 2015 Nvidia Shield TV Pro would connect to all of my TVs at a resolution of only 720p and Netflix and Amazon Prime wouldn’t display video, instead throwing up an HDCP error message. No amount of cable swapping, resets, power chaining would fix this. Apparently, it’s a problem the HDCP handshake not working. After spending an inordinate amount of time researching online, I read that HDMI splitters would do the trick. Took the plunge and purchased this Ugreen model. Worked perfectly straight out of the box. Connected to an ancient 1080p LCD TV at native resolution with HDCP working fine. Netflix and Prime Video work fine now and emulators run with nice upscaled goodness. Need to test it with my 4K TV but so far so good.

One of the best Switcher and it works seamlessly. Remote control is an add-on advantage.

Todo bien usando el switch/splitter en calidad todo bien... hasta que conecto la capturadora de vídeo a una de las salidas de video. En ese momento parpadea la pantalla y quita la función de 4K en mi consola y solo puedo ver imagen a 1080p. Quede muy decepcionado

When I look for items like this I usually look for a Ugreen product. They are usually slightly more expensive, but seem to be better quality than most. This 2x4 HDMI box is no exception.

It doesn’t work at 4K. Tried all HDMI cables separately, they do work. Switch to 1080p and it works. That’s not what was advertised though, it’s marketed with 4K 60fps compatibility on the product page which is blatantly false.
