Great for Groups!
I work with teens and adults in an intensive therapy setting. We have groups all day every day, and the main feedback we get about the groups is that they can feel repetitive after a while. I've used this game during groups a few times now, and have found that even the people who thought mindfulness and DBT were a little dry and hard to connect with are enjoying the levity and applicability that this game offers. I really appreciate that there's a wide spectrum of questions, everything from thought-based to getting the body involved in experiential breathing exercises. The questions are geared toward teens (e.g., lots of questions about school), but adults have had fun too, and can easily substitute "work" for "school" on the questions. People are starting to think about mindfulness, coping, DBT, and other therapeutic interventions in a different way, and have realized they're able to actually apply what we teach them in program. Even after "Mindul" gets spelled, I haven't yet had a group that wanted to stop and do something else! I'm definitely going to make this game a part of my regular rotation.

Very fun and informative game!
I work at a substance abuse residential treatment facility and I used this game in a group setting with my clients, they really loved it! The game is supposed to be geared towards teens and children, however I just pulled a couple a cards out that dealt with school and it worked perfectly for adults as well. There is a good mix of fun activity cards and cards that have great information on them, overall I highly recommend this game!

Love it.
I work with youth from ages 4-20 and they liked this game. It made talking about mindfulness and answering questions about things fun. For the younger ones I read it to them and explained it to their level. It also made them think about their answers and I could see where their mind went and work from there. Recommend.
