Wonderful. Much easier to set up than my old one. I did set it up once by myself but much easier with two people. Light weight and easy to carry or roll in its portable case. Used for a 3 day event as a booth for artwork and various items, easily enough for everything we took there. Great product. Also loved the knaki color.

WE are a small non-profit ministry located in Florida and use this tent for our promotion events.It is easy to transport, set up and take down and it provides protection from the sun. We are pleased with this product and believe that it is a good value for the money! However, while we were attending the last event, we were surprised by a microburst of air that blew across the area where we set up which caused our tent (and other tents around us) to become airborne and tossed about. Our tent became entangled with someone else's and the frame bent and one of the legs broke off the frame -- which made it impossible to collapse to fit in the car. We took pictures of the bent, broken frame and left it there for the event planners to dispose of. I called OUTFINE and told them what happened and asked them to replace our tent. Everyone at OUTFINE was very helpful and courteous and within 3 days of my contact with them, they are replacing our tent at no cost to us! I am very pleased with their customer service and the promptness of their response. I will continue to purchase their products and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I ordered this a week ago (7/16/21)because I needed it for a craft fair that I am doing this weekend (7/25/21). I went out this morning to set it up to see how easy it would be for one person to do. It turns out that it is not so easy to set up by yourself but can be done, but to my surprise the canopy has a rip in it. I don't have the time to replace it because I need it the next day for the craft fair. So I guess I'll just have to duct tape for now so that I can use it and try and find a replacement canopy later. This kind of defeats the whole purpose for the purchase. If not for that I may have given it a better review. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller OUTFINE regarding the issue of the damaged canopy cover and was offered a $50.00 refund, after a few more conservation they elected to send me a replace canopy cover, since that was my preference . over all I am Satisfied with the outcome of this issue and if I every need to replace this with a new one later on down the road I will not hesitate to make another purchase for OUTFINE again. The canopy frame is sturdy and put together well it is not cheep, not like a lot of other one that I looked at.

Easy to setup, gives enough wide shade. The only issue is that over time the quality of the top bars will easily break when you are trying to re-set it up.

DO NOT BUY THIS TENT. I used the product once and when I tried to use it again two metal parts on the top that hold the tent up were broken and looked like the metal rotted. I used the tent ONCE. I contacted customer service and they refused to provide anything helpful, no refund, no option for replacement. Their customer service is awful and unhelpful in resolving the issue that as a customer I had to pay for a faulty product. Save yourself the trouble and find a better tent thats not this one. I have had tents that last for years.. they cant even guarantee a tent use for a year, they are faulty and unhelpful. I have never written a review until now but DO NOT BUY THIS TENT.

I love this canopy so much, I'm going to purchase a second one to double my booth sizes at the farmers market. I can put it up alone as long as there is a curb for me to catch one leg on. I use pool noodles arched inside each corner to prevent rain from pooling on the top and have had no problemswith leakage. The frame and canopy are good quality and easy to assemble. I use weights on days the wind is high. I have used the white one for the entire season last year.

Soo much better than 8x8, more coverage, awesome with sides/walls purchased separately. Became outdoor room that Shed rain well & was sturdy enough to withstand torrential storms in Great Smoky MTS NP! Especially, with pool noodle in each corner! (Hack shown in picture) Set up easily with 2 people, not too heavy but NOT lightweight. Stored in our rooftop storage clamshell.

Very pleased with the turn out of this canopy and worth the money. Assembly is easy for the most part just follow the instructions and it is recommended to have another person with to assemble, tis much easier that way. It can be done but will be frustrating as you need someone on either side of this to spread apart and be able to fit the canopy top over the poles and to help adjust/rise them up. This is very sturdy from what I've seen so far and I use it for shade and hanging materials from it. Comes with some pegs to ground it which is nice too. I also bought the extension for wall to add to one side, that was also easy to attach and is done so with Velcro straps which are also pretty durable. I've had this for several months and it is still in once piece and does hold up well and nicely. We use this for shade in area of backyard and for gardening table to place underneath. I have not used this for hauling or events of any sort but it folds back down and easily so do not see why that would be problem if that is what you intend to use for.
