This is a very well designed product. It arrived well packaged inside a cardboard packaging from the brand itself with the below contents: 1. 2 x ice packs with integrated velcro straps 2. 2 x freezer bags 3. User manual The build quality feels great right out of the box. The two sides of the ice pack are of a different material - one side feels plush and the other is nylon. The gel filling is compartmentalised to maintain a balance across the pack and is generous (see video) which ensures a great cold compression and the weight feels just right - I've used other brands that don't have enough gel and they don't have the same effect. The velcro straps are thick and long so definitely feel like they're built to last. Their length should ensure there's no issue wrapping it even around the widest part of the leg. The freezer bags have a ziplock but time will tell how long these ziplocks last. The user manual suggests the below: Freezing times:- Less than 4 hours = 10 minutes 4-6 hours = 20 minutes More than 6 hours = 30 minutes Recommendation of use:- The user manual also recommends starting with the plush side for 10 mins and then switching to the nylon side. Warranty: Lifetime from the date of purchase I've been using it to treat an ankle injury and can't recommend this enough! It gets rid of inflammation and provides effective relief from pain.

I brought two of these to support my recovery post op bilateral TKR. They work well for conducting 20 to 30 min icing/cooling sessions. Soft on the skin and the Velcro straps provide good compression and keep things in place. I alternate between these and my iceman cold machine. Overall a great value for money purchase that makes a positive difference during a painful recovery process.

I just had knee surgery and these were exactly what I needed to reduce the swelling. They are a good size, come with adequate straps, and are provided with plastic storage bags to keep them clean in the freezer. The material is super comfortable and forms around the knee cap. The material on the wrap is comfortable and well made.

A perfect find for me. A very painful torn meniscus had me hobbling around the house for weeks after. Regular pain killers helped a little, but not by much. The time tested treatments of ice to reduce inflammation and pain and heat to encourage healing was a slow tedious process. And where do you get ice packs to sufficiently and evenly cover all he bumps and hard angles that make up the knees. And as knee pain sufferers we’ll know such pain tends to move about without warning. Sometimes above the knee-cap, sometimes to the side or below, and sometimes somewhere apparently unrelated on the thighs of shins. All this makes single ice packs (too small to cover area) and big ones (too inflexible to fit around corners) not particularly helpful. Then you have to deal with the ever increasing freezing of the hands as you try to hold the ice in place. But then by chance I came across the Revix ice wraps. At first glance they appeared a little too expensive to me, but not finding anything better AI took a second look. Ice cold in just a couple of hours in freezer, wrap around the entire knee as well as some above and below the knee could hurt at any point it chose as it would still be covered by ice. Best of all the packs come with straps to hold them in place, leaving your hands warmer for other fun activities. The packs remain cold up to 90 minutes or so, more than about the 30 to 30 minutes I see recommended for any one ice treatment. The only weakness I could find is that they tend to slip down your legs if you walk with them on (the ice packs, not the knees), but that may be a good thing -are you knot supposed to be icing and resting your knee to help them heal anyway? I would highly recommend.

Ich bin mit den Kühlakkus sehr zufrieden. Sie halten lange kühl und verrutschen in der Nacht nicht.
