This product gets sap tar and bugs off your car easily

I needed to test this out and one thing I knew would give it a good test was where I used to have an old chain guard stuck to the rear stay of my MTB, this was quite a hardened glue and has been like this for quite a few years so followed the instructions gave the can a good shake then sprayed it onto the stay, gave it about five minutes to soak in and the started to wipe it off, most of the old glue wiped away leaving just a small amount still stuck, another spray another five minutes and off it came so it passed this test.This should have no problem removing tar and sap most likely quite a few types of glue as well, it's just the price really because there are some everyday products that will do the same like in this case I could have used white spirit or even paint thinner which would have done the same thing, but having a spray can is handy and I will be going straight for this the next time I need to remove a bit of glue or the likes.

My car don't have mud flaps and I always end up with tar spots at the back of the wheel arches that won't wash away with normal soap. Although you can only see it at close up but I often use a clay bar to remove them. I try using this spray on it, it does help to remove it without having to use my clay bar but it is not instant action, I still need to rub it with a bit of force. I think this spray will work better on new glue stains.However, I found them work very well with sap marks on my windscreen and front bumper, not sure if this is design for glass but it works really well.It does work but at £13 for 500ml I think this is a bit pricey.

The original reason I'd ordered was to try removing signage from a work van, it got sold while I was on holiday so didn't get the chance to use this, forgot all about it until.....I got my hands covered in bitumen paint....Obviously soap & water wasn't doing anything to shift it. Washing my hands with veg oil was making slow progress, but was gradually moving it..... suddenly remembered this was in the cupboard..... Voilà!!! Sprayed my hand for about 3 seconds then just rung them together the way you would to wash in the usual manner....30 seconds later I'm rinsing off, then a normal wash with soap & water, job done.Easy clean-up. Worked great.

I recently coated my leaky shed roof with "Black Jack All Weather Roof Coating" - a tar-like waterproof sealant.Foolishly, I didn't wear gloves while doing it so I ended up with some on my hands. Soap wouldn't shift it, washing up liquid did nothing, Swarfega also failed. I scrubbed so hard it hurt.Then I remembered this stuff in the cleaning cupboard. Sprayed a bit on a sponge, wiped it over my hands and the tar came straight off with no scrubbing required. It was like a magic trick!So on the right substance it works fantastically well (and saved me from having black tar on my hands for weeks!)

I have a car that has certain parts of trim that are just stuck on with double sided tape. My car is one such. I needed to change a piece of trim which had become damaged. Having bought a new part then the work began: to remove the old glue else the new glue would not stick. I bought the Cleaner as one of several items tried. A cleaner bought else where did rather reluctantly assist, and the old glue was largely removed. Do not forget that the finishing on a car gets baked on in Service and that is why it is difficult to remove. In this case the cleaner had no effect but the chemicals in the spray may well be appropriate for duty on someone elses situation. Horses for Courses they say.

This product looks the same as described. There is a scratch of skip on my car so I tried this product to remove the yellow color. It took a bit long time but seems ok. Not removed completely but it is not very visible now.

Cette achat ne m'a était d'aucune utilité niveau prix et même niveau qualité.Dans la fiche de détail il était écrit que ça enlever facilement la résine et tâche de goudron... Mensonge, au bout de 5-10 min les tache persiste et s'efface qu'au bout de 15-20 min de frottage. Donc Inutile de s'acharner sur votre voiture ça n'efface rien du tout, appart si vous souhaitez avoir des micro rayures bon courage.
