While I haven't had a chance to read the whole thing yet, I bought this book as I make my entry into the world of exercise science at community college. The section on orthopedic injury and older adults has been helpful in some research projects already. NSCA is a well respected organization and one that is very reliable. I know I'll be consulting this text again and again.
