These are really good and seem to help me with energy as well as milk production (not a dramatic increase, but definitely noticeable). They don’t make me nauseous which I have most of the time with vitamins and I’m not sure why people talk about the smell, they smell like vitamins. The pills are kind of big which I don’t have an issue with, but if you have trouble swallowing pills, you may have an issue..

I got these because I'm exclusively breastfeeding and although this is my 4th child, she's the first to actually latch and take to me and it's been great! However, I was getting REALLY depleted and I was taking a prenatal that just weren't getting the job done. These, for the short time I've had them, have been really great! My brain fog has started to lift, I'm less tired from vitamin deficiencies and overall I just feel better. My milk supply was fine before but it really seems like this has helped, my baby is very happy with that. I never really thought about postnatals before now, wish I had, but better late than never. Flavor is what you'd expect from a multivitamin, not much you can do about that and the pills are a fairly decent size, so one at a time but overall it's worth it.

I love it it makes me more energetic, and helped with my mood and with my headaches I was getting. I’m 15months postpartum and I’ve been taking this since I was 12 months postpartum since I’m still breastfeeding and pumping. Update: please check best by dates! My last order on these was delivered in may and it has April expiration date. I didn’t realize until I was almost done with the bottle.

I have been taking this for a little over a week now an I can tell the difference in my milk supply, overall energy hope to continue to see results from this as I have subscribed to the product! I like that it has real herbs like moringa, cranberry , ginger root an so many others that offer a array of awesome benefits! Thanks for making a superior postnatal I don't normally review , but if you're thinking of trying than I'm here to tell you it's totally worth it!! Just buy an see for yourself

I chose to try these based off other reviews.. maybe some are just more sensitive to the ingredients then others.. i dont know. I’m someone who is sensitive to lots of soaps and lotions and metals so maybe the ingredients just does not work for me or my baby. I took it for a week straight to be sure. After two days of taking it my son had super painful gas that was causing screaming fits, he and I both became constipated. The powder capsules aren’t great to swallow, I swallowed them one at a time due to the fact that they float in your mouth full of water. I’m bummed I wanted to like these… can’t say I notice any increase in mood or breast milk production neither.

I'm happy with my purchase so far. This is my second bottle. I am currently only taking one a day (even though the dosage is two) because I do eat plenty of foods with vitamins and minerals. I feel great and I do believe they give me a little extra energy as it's better for me to take them earlier in the day than in the evening like I used to. My only complaint would be having no iron in them. All my prior vitamins had iron and i thought i was sick 2 weeks after switching to these before i realize i was low in iron. Overall, they seem to be a solid choice for a postpartum vitamin!
