I got this phone as a free phone promotion outside of a grocery store with the 500 minute a month for free service. After about a month the battery would only charge the phone for about an hour or less. It hardly turns on now for more than 15 minutes it seems. I didn't get it wet or anything. Also, there is no SD card slot on the phone so there is a very limited amount of data storage on the phone, so pictures fill up fast, and of course nothing more than one additional App will work. I got asked for another free phone from some other company this afternoon, and I turned them down because of this. Stick with the non-smart phones from these type of free service phones.

The phone has held up for quite some time. Although the earphone part stopped working a long time ago and don't know how to fix that. The phone isn't really much useful for heavy applications. The camera/video camera is decent enough to view, but not the best. Overall this phone is a good basic phone for someone that doesn't really need all the high tech features.

Had this phone for only a few weeks. But while i was on the hunt for a new phone i ran across this very kool phone. It was very reliable and the pictures and sound always came or clear. .highly recommend these phones
