Elmer the elephant is loaded with stories! The grandbabies love using it on the tonie box and playing with the character as well.

Fun Listening to Elmer stories
Cute Elmer stories for listening. Elmer was a favorite of mine and now I’m passing the stories on to my grandchildren.

Lovely story
As a child I loved the book about Elmar and am now happy that it’s available as a Tonie, for the kids to listen to when they like without my help.

Note the British Accent
My littles love Tonies, BUT I wish the Amazon descriptions mentioned which ones have British accents. My 4yo thinks Elmer’s name is “Elma,” and is starting to leave “R” sounds out of other words as well. I recommend listening to audio samples on the Tonies website before purchasing. As charming as British accents are, I’d love to see more Tonies with American accents that enunciate every sound. Additionally, I wish there was an option on the Tonies box to only move ahead one story at a time. If you slap the box to skip forward, most Tonies skip almost all the way to the end of the tracklist rather than just to the next story/song. Meanwhile, the slower (tipping) method of advancing the track hardly advances at all—it’s almost faster to listen in real time. As a result my kids mostly only listen to the first 15 minutes or so of any given Tonies character. The fast-forward features are virtually pointless, so they don’t use them. We still purchase Tonies, but would appreciate them more if not for these two things.
