These salts are like the old bath salts of years ago, they do actually soothe any aches. If you have any swollen ankles, sprain or had a cold soak in these, amazing. If your handstand wrists ache just put some in a bowl in the sink and soak. Well worth the money

Smells lovely, I have fibromyalgia and its painful! Horrendous at times. But this in a hot bath is brilliant and it does reduce pain.

Firstly these are functionally good bath salts. They dissolved entirely in the running bath without me having to swish them around. I found them very relaxing and good for sore muscles. They made the water go rather yellow but there was no stain left on the bath so that's fine. The smell is is "medicinal", but nice medicinal if that makes sense! However if you are very sensitive to smell this might not be the product for you, but I did really enjoy them and definitely felt relaxed and much more able to move after using them. There is no English on the label, so with the use of the translate app (the one made by a famous search engine) I was able to see that the 600g tub is for 9 to 11 baths, so approximately 60 g into each Bath. I used two-thirds of the cap and that seemed perfect. Now onto the humorous part... In passing my phone over the label using the translate app, I managed to get a sentence which said "these made no difference"! I'm assuming in German it's just some kind of warning say they're not medicine or proven to work scientifically, but it just made me chuckle. In conclusion, an excellent product which doesn't stain the bath and helps my muscles. 10/10.

Brought these as I had fallen down the stairs and was getting extremely stiff and sore. 3/4 of a cap into running water and they give some lovely bubbles. 20-30 mins soak time according to the instructions and I felt alot easier when I got out. Will defoe keeping these in the bathroom from now on.

These are Xmas gift so no idea. Reviews sound good and as soon as the first Xmas bath is taken I will update 🤣🤣

These salt’s really helped to ease my muscles after standing in concrete all day. Lovely aroma and I felt wonderful after the bath. Reasonably priced for an excellent product.
