I can buy larger portions of meat and then vacuum seal them into smaller portions for freezing. This keeps my freezer stocked and prevents freezer burn on my food! First off, when I first tried this, I kept the piece of cardboard that helps lift and hold the top or the lid from touching the bottom. I read in the instructions that this helps when the pieces are cooling down from sealing and prevents anything from getting damaged. What's nice about this vacuum sealer is it does come with bags to help you get started but I did order some anyways. This not only sucks in a good way but it completely removes the air out of the bags and then seals them once done. What I thought was cool about this vacuum sealer is it will lock so I don't have to constantly hold the bag in place. Once I insert the bag, I just press down until both sides snap in place. Once it's done vacuum the air out and sealing the bag, I just push the buttons on the side and it opens up. Hardly takes up any space on my counter and I'm able to vacuum seal jars too.

It would not suck the air out of the bags I pushed the suction button and it would jump right over to the sealer. I went on the help site and it just would not work

Arrived very quickly and the product is easy to use. There are large and small bags included with a easy to read users manual. Both the vacuum and sealer worked very well. Sealed food like like it’s bought rather than home made. I love this product it makes taking food on the go so much easier and cleaner. Apple slices won’t turn brown in zip lock bags anymore! Very good product, highly recommended.

Really great price and it came with a bunch of starter bags too. so simple to use and all easy one touch buttons right on the top of machine. I like to buy my meats in bulk and it it helps keep it fresh until i’m ready to use the meat. Vacuum sealed meat last way longer ! Saving me a lot of money. This machine is easy to clean as the top is removable . This even has the attachment to do jars and sealing containers.

Make sure you read the Manuel first before doing anything! I know some people don’t but there are very helpful tips and all the questions you would have will be answered if you read the whole thing. I am glad I did because I would have thought it was broken or something if I didn’t read the how tos first.

Learned what we wanted from our "starter" purchase. This has almost everything we wanted. Easy to open and close. Like the way it seals. Really like the different settings, they are actually useful. Happy it came with vacuum hose for sealing containers. Pretty quiet. Not overly complicated. Very happy with our upgrade. Only wish is it had a built in scale.

It works okay. No wear as good as a food saver brand. Save you the trouble and spend that extra $20 on the food saver. This machine doesn't work half the time. It either melts the plastic it's trying to seal, doesn't seal it properly, or it seals it perfectly. Also you want to make sure you press down hard enough where you hear both sides of the vacuum sealer snap shut before vacuum sealing or it won't vacuum properly on top of that the suction is on the weaker side. It's not worth it. It wasted so many of my expensive food saver bags. Just do yourself the favor and just spend a little more on the brand name just my opinion though.
