This is pure muck
The device overheated quick, sparked and smoked. Was lucky to not go on fire. Not even worth returning what is left.**Contacted by seller straight away and full refund given**

Works as advertised
Bought for an old HD Ready Philips TV (10 + years old) that only has a SCART input. Have used the adapter to attach a Google Chromecast which works fine. I can’t comment about the picture quality (as it’s an old tv) but it looks good enough for me. Have been offered an additional year warranty by the seller so very happy.

Good quality
Got 2 of these for our TV boxes. We have linked one up, my boyfriend did this easily in about 10 minutes. The picture on the TV is really good. When we ordered these they were due to arrive 6 to 8 October but actually arrived early on 4 October. So far we are really pleased with the product and service.

Extend the life of an old CRT TV
I bought this so that I could connect a chromecast to an old 32’’ CRT widescreen analogue TV thus extending the life of the TV now we are firmly in the digital age.It works perfectly and had minimal (if any) set up.Picture quality is as expected ie not HD but compatible to everything else; DVDs etc that gets played through the TV.Recommended.

DOESNT WORK
doesn't work probably..It cuts out/loses signal after 30 second's..The fire stick also gets boiling hot which doesn't normally happen with my HDMI enabled TV.
