Delivery was prompt, well packaged, and just what I wanted - perfect for making my Greek Cypriot recipe 'pastichio' (which is a bit like lasagne but using pasta tubes instead of flat sheets)

Bring a large pan of water to the boil before adding the pasta and cook in boiling water for the time stated on the pack. Drain and serve. It is recommended 1 litre of water to 100g pasta.
