My order was for 2 packs and I onky received 1 pack in the shipment Action needed

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS AND I KNOW THE QUALITY AND AMOUNT OF CONCENTRATION. THIS IS JUST BEYOND BAD AND AWFUL. THIS APPEARS TO BE DILUTED WITH WATER. I JUST OPENED IT THIS MORNING AFTER MY PREVIOUS ONE HAD BEEN EXHAUSTED. IT CAME WITHOUT A SEAL, UNLIKE THE USUAL SEAL ON A BUMP PATROL PRODUCT. THE CONCENTRATION IS JUST QUITE BAD I DO NOT KNOW WHY YOU SENT THIS OR SOLD THIS JUST REFUND ME QUICKLY. AWFUL!
