Perfect Pasta
Great pasta! Was having a hard time finding it anywhere! Then amazon came through for the win! Pasta cooks up nicely and has a great taste! Will be ordering again!

High quality and inexpensive
Soak in cold water in the fridge for a few hours and cook a shorter time then rinse in cold water and bake. The texture is perfect and pastitsio is mind blowing. This was half the cost of plain, thin noodles in a grocery if you can find them.
