So so good, tasty and spicy!!It goes with everything! One day I had lentils and just adding half of a tea spoon of this it gave a beautiful spicy kick.Last night I made chicken breast strips and on a sauce pan fried the chicken and added a tea spoon of this paste and it gave a spicy tasty flavour to the chicken!! You can see the chillies flakes and omg it is great!

I bought it previously and used it basically with my breakfast ( toast with cheese, eggs) . Now I am trying with other recipes: seafood with potatoes. Adding 3 tsp of this Calabrian chili peppers enhanced completely the dish. It was like boom!!!! Wow What a nice recipe. My wife usually doesn't eat spicy food. She ate it all.

Authentic chilli flakes in extra virgin olive oil-it's a tad bit expensive and I find myself going through this very quickly... However if you like hot food you can use this on a variety of dishes like pasta stir fries, basically anything, it's that good. Highly recommend.

I am a fan of adding chillies to food, as much for the flavour decent chillies can impart as for the spice heat. This product isn't really a paste or spread but more some calabrian chillies that have been slow-cooked and preserved in olive oil. The product works especially well as an ingredient in cooking rather than on its own: it is delicious mixed in with some pasta and cooked tomatoes, or drizzled on pizza. On its own it does have quite a kick: not the hottest chilli paste I have had by a long way but it has a chilli kick! Mixed with food you can appreciate the smoky, surprisingly complex taste of the chillies as well, and they impart a lovely rich red colour to your food.

I was looking for a really good chilli paste to use instead of Nduja for a vegetarian friend. This really does the job well. Care needs to be taken as it is pretty hot but it has taste as well as heat. Highly recommended.

I love this product! I try it in so many different meals and it’s amazing! I highly recommend it! I believe it’s one of the “must” that everyone needs to have in the kitchen, the flavour and the special touch that you can give to your food is unique!

These are the only Calabrian peppers I've found that have pure extra virgin olive oil. The taste is incredible, and you can feel good about eating them. Much higher quality than what can be normally found either in specialty stores or online. Hopefully they come back in stock soon.

I purchased this specific item for a recipe I wanted to try for Calabrian shrimp with penne pasta. It tasted great, was spicy but not overwhelming. It was one of several ingredients which the shrimp was coated with. I'm sure if I can get creative, there are other ways I can use this also.

This Calabrian Chili paste is delicious and it only uses Olive Oil in the ingredients, which is what I wanted. Most other Calabrian Chili pastes use Sunflower Seed oil.I have only two issues with my purchase: One is the cost of the paste, which is a bit pricey. It is basically double the cost and half the size of the TuttoCalabria Calabrian Chili paste I usually get.The second problem was that the jar was permitted to roll loosely inside the delivery box alongside a paperback book I ordered. The jar ended up on its side and leaked which pooled in the box leaving orange oil all over the book staining it from cover to cover, as well as leaving me with a somewhat drier version of the Calabrian Chili paste.

This is slightly spicy and the sweetness of the peppers comes through. It is wonderful on anything! Won’t disappoint! You will love this! The Iron Chefs use this on their shows. Try it in spaghetti sauce and soup.
