Unrealistic Leave On Time
I really wish I would've read the instructions for use before purchasing this product. It says to leave it on for 10-15 minutes, which I expect from a deep conditioner but not a regular rinse out. Maybe it works great if you have that kind of time, but it barely conditioned my hair in the five minutes I let it sit, and I had to add more as a leave-in. Wash days already take a long time from showering to diffusing, and I just can't add another 15 minutes in the shower.

Not great for 2b waves with low-medium porosity and low density. Felt too heavy and weighed down curls.

Cream or liquid shampoo?
This shampoo is suppose to be creamy, but it's really watery. I think is been seating to long out there...basically expired.I would like to get another bottle from a new batch to see if it look the same.

Bottle missing pump
The bottle of conditioner came without the pump part.

Good product but expensive
This is a good product. Its curly girl friendly and did leave my hair feeling soft and shiny, however I do feel it's very expensive for what you get. If it were a little cheaper it would have been 5* definitely!
