I got these for my ex-boyfriend for xmas and he had them on for a couple months. probably not even. Occasionally we’d look outside and the lights would randomly be on without him turning it on. They started falling off so he had to buy new 3M tape to keep them on and eventually he got so tired of the lights just randomly coming on and him having to retape it that he ended up just taking them off. You should probably get hooks or some thing from Home Depot and secure on that way as for the light problem I have no clue why it kept coming on.
