Consistency kaafi thick hai but spreadable hai easily. Maine morning toast par try kiya and post-workout shake mein bhi mix kiya - dono mein works well. The crunchy bits add a good texture. Protein content is impressive at 23g which is great for muscle recovery. Price thoda high lag sakta hai initially but considering the quality and nutrition, it's worth it. One thing I noticed is ki jar mein thoda oil separation hota hai top par but that's natural with good peanut butter. Just mix it once aur theek ho jata hai. Taste is chocolatey enough without being too artificial. Overall, happy with this purchase and will definitely buy again. Good product for fitness enthusiasts!
