The issue was an it issue causing a block from the keyboard that rotated the computer system to be reset. All is well. I would 1000% recommend for both functionality and aesthetics. I purchased this keyboard in October of 24’ and I loved it. It is my office keyboard so it gets daily use, but it is not heavy use as if I were in a call center or a transcriptionist. Up until today I had no complaints, but I came into the office today to a dead keyboard. The power light will turn for a few seconds and turn off and that is only while actively plugged into a charger. It was not low on charge when I left the office yesterday evening. Even after letting it charge for a while the power will not come on.
