Parts missing without explanation.
shipment was missing the 25 pcs of zipper pulls/stops. No apparent means to rectify or confirm the situation via amazon other than request a refund.

It has fine teeth not the chunky teeth I was looking for.
I was hoping for the same zipper I ordered in the past where the zippers were chunky and heavy duty. The teeth are fine and the put is small like a purse. Not the heavy duty I was hoping for. I was looking for something like a sleeping bag zipper. I kept them because I will find another use. Just not the heavy duty zipper I ordered in the past by the same name.
