Q: How many pages are in the book?

I'm not sure how many pages, but the book lasted me 3 to 4 months. There are approximately 2 pages per day and 2 extra pages per week to summarize your goals and your accomplishments. I absolutely love this book -it kept me accountable without anyone else being involved. I was able to lose 21 pounds in 3 months solely due to everything I logged in the book. Proper nutrition, exercise and encouraging goals! I work full time with a 2hr commute and have a young toddler and so even with very limited time I was able to be successful :-) :-) highly recommended!

Q: any difference in white vs. black book?

There is no difference between the white and black books. Just the cover!

Q: Does this version that have the weekly meal plan section? The images in the product description show the old version with just the weekly workout plan

Yes, this version has the weekly meal plan as well

Q: Anyone use myfitnesspal and still find this book helpful?

I find this book helps me with planning my week and it was quicker for me to use throughout my day. I would use myfitnesspal to track what I did to keep up with calorie count.
