The packet was opened. So the sterilisation makes no sense.
The packet (plastic) containing the cotton balls was found open in the centre. So the balls cannot be sterile. But since I badly needed them for my dad’s wound cleaning, I did not ask for a return. Bad experience. My experience during the first purchase was excellent, but this time it’s pathetic.
