Best i’ve tried - stays in place- comfortable behind the knees.
I am 5’7” 155 lbs. i bought XL These are excellent. provide just enough compression without being uncomfortable. (especially behind the knees) They are “sheer” but not as sheer as pantyhose. i’m very impressed with how well they stay up. zero slippage and i’ve worn them all day. I already bought another pair.

Thigh high support
Due to having a number of leg clots I needed to wear these anytime that I fly so I tried the thigh highs for the first time. Not being used to these, it was a little difficult at first to put them on, but after a while, I got the hang of it. I like the sheer color. I machine wash and line dry them. They are mostly comfortable to wear and for the most part stay up pretty well. The compression is good, not too tight.

Stays up really well, but doesn’t cover upper thigh
The compression level 15-20 was fine, but a little tighter than expected for the size (XL) I bought. I used the size guide measurements recommended , measuring ankle, calf, and thigh, and once arrived disappointed it did NOT fit all the way to the very top of the thigh like ones given after leg surgery and I’m only 5’2” but I am 175 lbs. They fit about 8 inches above the knees. Stayed up really well though, were comfortable walking around, standing or sitting, no pulling or pinching and I did NOT need to be readjusted or pulled up at all, so I am going to keep them. Color was a little on the yellowish side for the nude color, but my husband said they looked okay.

Size for Shoe Size!
I’ve been wearing TruForm for nearly 18 years because I need serious compression support working in healthcare on my feet long hours. I have terrible varicose veins that get worse during pregnancy and my monthly cycle, so I often need support stocking options that I can wear with dress clothes, too. These fit the bill as well as can be expected. They look like any other nylon when worn with dresses or skirts without the annoying waistband of full nylons. They don’t provide nearly the compression of the thicker, opaque options from TruForm, but these aren’t marketed for that. However, I went with mediums to hopefully have them fit a bit tighter, but I can’t wear these all day as they make my toes bunched up. For reference, I’m 5’6”, 128 lbs, and typically wear shoe size 9.5.

All day comfortable support.
Very nice. Fit perfectly. Being a 15-20 it is a bit tight at first. Gently pull up after getting it over the foot. *Hand wash with mild bar soap in tepid or cold water*. You can slightly dry them between bath towel. Then hang to air dry. If you are new to using support thigh high stockings. You can measure your ankle calves and the inside behind the bend of the knee to the floor, (bottom of heel) Make sure to measure in the morning a bit after you wake up. Then using your measurements find the one closest to your ankle and calf size. You can go over 1 but not under those measurements. Gives you a firmer support. Hand wash after each wear. Handle carefully So you don’t rip holes in your support stocking. Make sure your fingernails are filed smooth.

Compared Jobst, Sheer Ease and VIM & VIGR to Truform. Truform wins.
I love these compression hose. I first bought a Jobst brand pair ($90) of compression hose at a local pharmacy. They fit right but as someone who walks during the middle of my day the hose would begin to sag and roll. The hosiery would eventually stop at my knee and would cut the circulation, totally defeating the purpose of compression hose. I ended up buying a garter but found out that if there is silicon on the edge of the hosiery the garter is useless. I started to look for hosiery that didn't have the silicon on it. Not having ever used a garter I wanted to be sure I used it correctly. I realized pretty quickly a garter is not for me. I found it very frustrating to put on. I bought a pair of Sheer Ease and this pair of Truform both under $25. The compression for the Jobst was 20-30. The Sheer Ease and Truform are both 15-20. The Sheer Ease also rolled down. When I first tried on the Truform I was sure I was not going to be able to use them. The Truform does not feel anything like the Jobst or Sheer Ease. The material feels a little like polyester. I initially felt like they were cheaply made. I was wrong. After washing them once, by hand I felt a change in the texture of the material. I now only wear the Truform. I have large calves and legs and these Truform compression hose don't roll down. They may sag just a little at the ankle but stay put at my thigh. I walk a mile during lunch and these stay put. No other products needed. The Truform have two silicon bands which obviously work. The Jobst have silicon beads that aren't very effective. I own several pair of VIM & VIGR ($32) compression socks. I must buy large. Unfortunately, because they're long I constantly had to adjust them. They would cut circulation at the ankle I plan on buying more.

allergic to the elastic top
I was allergic to the elastic top of the thigh highs. I wore them for a total of 5 or so hours (from leaving the house to the 2-3 hour plane ride and then to the hotel). I did not feel any itching or any problems while wearing them. The next day I have a swollen strip on both thighs where the elastic was. It took me 5 days to get the swelling down and the deep red like-burn for over a week. The label on the box says "lace silicone stay-up top" - I am not allergic to silicone but this one did- I think it is mixed up with something that I'm sensitive to. Otherwise, I love everything else about the product - I love the sheer design, the compression 15-20 mmHg is just perfect, the flexible snug fit and the stockings remained in place throughout the hours I was wearing them. I would buy them again if I'm not allergic to the elastic.
