Good value, some arrived with damaged lids
Good value for the money, and the rack is nicely sturdy. The package came without any external packaging, and the cardboard was damaged in several places. 3 of the lids (top left in photo) arrived dented on the edges (though they were all in different spots in the package, oddly) so I'm not confident that they'll seal. 4 have slight dents in the top but that's cosmetic and doesn't affect function. The lids and jars were efficiently packed and insulated, I suspect had the whole package been inside another the damage might not have happened, or else the product needs better quality control.

Decant. Your. Spices!!!
My husband and I live in a small 900 square foot apartment and we have been keeping spices in a drawer. It was a fine approach but of course I would organize them how I liked and then whenever he would use a spice for dinner, somehow the removal of one single spice meant everything else had to get rearranged and it drove me insane. (Married hetero ladies, IYKYK...) I also took cooking classes finally (GAME CHANGER) and learned how to really incorporate spices properly, so we have been acquiring more and more. THEN I took a virtual organizing class (free through Yelp!) and the woman explained how you should decant everything, including your spices. I dunno if I am gonna decant EVERYTHING but it didn't finally inspire me to do something about our situation so I bought this spice rack.I love ittttt.I bought the 36-spice rack because we had about 20-something spices and I wanted to leave room to grow. It's been a few weeks since I did this project and I am now up to 32 spices/herbs with only 4 open bottles left. So definitely buy bigger than you think you need!Filling and labeling the jars...First I put all the glass jars in the dishwasher and let them dry. I hand washed the plastic shaker inserts and lids. (Recommend using a collander for this because the inserts are so lightweight it seems easy to lose one down the drain.)Once everything was dry, I started filling! I used the included funnel but a lot of the spices stuck to the silicon and it was annoying. Rolling a piece of paper into a funnel worked much better for the finer spices. I also tried to work in batches that wouldn't impact each other too much if I didn't clean between every fill - e.g.: do cloves, then nutmeg, then cinnamon, then pumpkin pie spice - they're all substitutes for each other anyway so if something gets in another one, no harm!I love that the labels come with practically any spice you can think of, as well as some blanks. They are easy to apply and remove - I know because I was a bit of a perfectionist in applying them and had to peel a couple off here and there to try again.Hanging it up...We decided to hang it under a little island/counter thing in the middle of the kitchen. It's great to have the extra counter space but since the counter thing is so thin, it's almost like wasted space to us where we just toss cases of beverages underneath... we don't own or we might install shelves. It's an awkward space. Hanging the spice rack under there helps us use that awkward space and makes it easy to access while we are prepping on top of it or cooking opposite it. And since the jars tilt up when they lay in the rack, having it hang low is not a problem because we can still see all the labels! One side of the rack hangs in a stud and the other side is in drywall so we used the included screws and anchors no problem. It's been a few weeks and it hasn't budged. (Pro tip: charge your drill while you clean, fill, and label the jars!) I didn't need the little rubber feet included but in case I need them in the future, I clipped them on the bottom for safe keeping. Now when we need spices, I buy in bulk from a local organic store (MOM's, but I am sure Whole Foods does this too?). I feel like this is reducing waste and encouraging me to use all of these flavors!Overall suuuuuper happy with this purchase! This is a great investment to make in your kitchen and you will not regret it (unless you don't buy a big enough rack, perhaps). It would be even more amazing if the top of the rack had a little shelf. We kept a couple spice grinders for the added freshness and I sit them on the top row of spices but it's not exactly sturdy. If these are stackable and the shelf would get in the way, then maybe a clip-on removable thing.

Unlucky… bent rack
I really love this product! The glass jars all shipped intact, the rack is very sturdy and looks very nice. I must’ve been the unlucky minority though because the bottom shelf of my rack arrived bent… and the frame is such high-quality metal that my own efforts to straighten it barely made it move! I’ve contacted about a replacement and I’ll update if I receive one. If the rack wasn’t bent, it’s 5 stars all around!

Works great.
Plenty of bottles. Abundance of labels. Blank labels with a chalk marker. I've also noticed that some of the spices that I buy at Marshal's use the same size and shape of bottle. One wish. All the bottles have the same plastic cap with holes on one side and a small flap on the other for pouring. I wish some of the plastic caps had larger holes for bigger spices. But overall, I nice setup for organizing my spices.

High quality space saving spice rack!
This spice rack is a must! I ordered this rack after sending back another brand twice for arriving damaged. There wasn't any damage to this rack, jars or lids! The packaging is superb. Each bottle has its own foam compartment within a strip of 6 and 12. It fits all 36 bottles once you remove them from their packaging. You can also use your own bottles in this rack if you prefer but the larger bottles that are shaped funny won't fit very well or look neat as you can see in my photos. I would recommend transferring those spices to one of the jars that the rack came with. Small ones fit just fine. The rack is very narrow and fits on my 9.5x25 counter top with plenty of room to spare. The rack is sturdy and the bottles seem to be a good quality. Would highly recommend!
