How good is the quality?

The quality is very good, the size is perfect for traveling. I would recommend a different colour as I roll regularly, but this was too stiff for me.

I ordered a high density roller but it is too hard on my back. Will this one work?

I would say that this one is medium density. I also had a high density roller that was too hard. This is a smaller roller for travel, but I also find it works great on some areas where my larger one can't quite get to.

How hard is the green one?

Too hard for me. Totally useless as a lumbar support. Possibly good for what it was intended.
