Mindfulness for beginners
Great starting point if you are looking to become more mindful or are new to the practice. David gives specific things you can do that are practical and realistic. I also got the audible version .

I have referred back to it many times to keep me in that mindfulness mode when thoughts and stress try to take over.

A must read
I read 1 chapter a day and write in my journal about it and how to apply it to everyday living. Ive actually been using the tips given and this book truly helps. I love this book and it's really helped improve the unnecessary stress and worries I deal with. I have 2 chapters left and any time I feel my mindfulness has fallen off I plan to read this book again.

Short and to the point!!
This is a great book, even if you’re not much of a reader. It’s short and to the point. With this pandemic I was getting in a bad state of mind and didn’t really realize how much the pandemic had affected me. Well, someone suggested this book to me. I read it the day I received it and it opened my mind to many things as to why and how the mind works. I did everything the book suggested and even my wife said she’s seen a big change in me. I highly suggest this book to everyone.

Insightful
This book is an easy read. It provides very easy tasks and thoughts to help anyone to be mindful of our own selves. Understanding yourself is so important but not an easy thing to do. This book gives insight on how to do so.

This is a great book for me starting my journey. It walks through how to rewire how you think in a positive way with simple examples
