Polyvagal Flip Chart: Understanding the Science of Safety

This is a great addition to my office table. Working with clients every day and having an easy flip chart to turn to to help them understand the psycho-education behind their bodies responses to their trauma/suffering seems to have been a really helpful addition tool. I’m really pleased I purchased this. Great idea and the pictures / diagrams are really helpful.

Sorry but I didn’t find it very user friendly. Too much jargon for use with clients.

Great for my work and some parts can be written on and wiped off with non permanent ink
